Server maintenance: Provided FileMaker Server support and maintenance.
Email integration: Developed a mass email reader that imports incoming emails into a case-management system via the Microsoft Graph API.
Web Portal integration: Connected the system to a customer-facing web portal.
Reporting module: Built a reporting module using FileMaker, Google Charts, and HTML/JavaScript.
Managers' dashboard: Created a dashboard of summary reports for management.
Asset management: Developed new modules, including an Asset Management System.

Scheduling: Developed a FileMaker-based scheduler that reduced the drivers' workweek from five days to four.
